Unique in corporate social responsibility
Illuxtron in the Dutch Environmental Database
Illuxtron is the first lighting manufacturer in the Netherlands to have its products officially registered in the Dutch Environmental Database (NMD). This database serves as the foundation for the mandatory Environmental Performance of Buildings (MPG) calculation for new construction and utility projects.
With our in-house life cycle assessment (LCA) expertise, we have successfully added several luminaires to this database, including the Cortina 1720×100, the MIYO Vesper, and soon, the LED Panel B. This enables us to support accurate MPG scoring and facilitates achieving higher BREEAM ratings.
