Project Protection
Are you involved in the design or specification of the lighting for a project? If so, you can register the project.
What is project protection?
Project protection involves notifying us of the project at an early stage. This enables us to better understand your involvement in the project and customise our support and follow-up accordingly.
When should you apply for project protection?
You can apply for project protection when you are actively involved in a project and have an influence on the lighting design. This is particularly important in the following scenarios:
- During the design or specification phase
- When you are proposing the project or providing substantive guidance
- For projects that involve technical coordination or customisation
How does the process work?
Project registration consists of the following steps:
1. Registration
You register the project using the available information
2. Assessment
The application is assessed based on the project phase and your level of involvement
3. Confirmation
You will receive feedback on the application
What are our expectations for the applicant?
In order to properly assess and support a project, we require:
- The provision of relevant and up-to-date project information
- Active involvement in the project
Validity and follow-up
Project protection depends on the project's phase and progress.
During follow-up, we take into account the level of involvement within the project.
