In addition, we disassemble and sort the parts to reuse the raw materials. To carefully assess complaints, we analyze defective fixtures and issue a credit note after inspection. Please note: we will send you an invoice, but it will have a 90-day payment term.We will issue a credit note if we receive the return shipment within these 90 days.

When returning or exchanging an item, please note the following conditions:
- Up to 50% of return shipping costs, varying by request.
- Returns are at your own risk and expense.
- Only unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
- No older than 1 month.
- Samples, tracks, MIYO Re-fit products cannot be returned.
