To improve product quality, we aim to understand the reasons behind product failures. We thoroughly analyze defective fixtures and review complaints before issuing credit for the invoice. Additionally, we dismantle and sort parts to recycle raw materials. Please note that we will send you an invoice with a 90-day payment period. If we receive the returned product within these 90 days, we will credit the invoice.
