To enhance the quality of our products, we need to understand the reasons behind their malfunctioning. We identify and analyse the root causes to improve our products. Additionally, we disassemble the parts and categorize them by material so that we can reuse the raw materials. To ensure that any complaints are genuine, we only credit defective fixtures after they have been received and thoroughly analyzed. We will invoice you when you return a defective fixture, but the payment term is 90 days. We can credit your invoice if we receive your return within this period.
