In the historic heart of Budapest, a distinctive building on Váci Utca has been repurposed as a luxury boutique hotel, restaurant, and café: Damas Collection. The interior is inspired by the rich culture of the Levant, featuring warm materials, handcrafted details, and carefully selected accents that give each space its own unique character. The lighting subtly enhances this ambiance and contributes to a warm, welcoming atmosphere in the suites and the restaurant.
What kind of lighting was used?
Strada 75
The Strada 75 was chosen to highlight specific areas and interior details. Thanks to its high Color colour rendering s (CRI 95), materials, textures, and finishes are shown to their best advantage. The fixtures’ subtle design and architectural character also complement the Damas Collection’s interior concept well.
Fluxe 75
The Fluxe 75 was chosen for the general lighting. Its timeless design and subtle integration into the ceiling create a calm ceiling appearance, while the even light distribution contributes to the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the boutique hotel.
