From Vector 145 to a chandelier
Project:Crescent Church Belfast
Location: University Road, Belfast, Ireland
Lighting:CustomVector145
The Crescent Church in Belfast is an impressive historic building dating from 1887, designed in the French Neo-Gothic style. The combination of rich architecture and varying scale levels made this a challenging lighting project, requiring a creative, custom-tailored approach. Working with our partners, our engineers succeeded in transforming our Vector 145 surface-mounted fixtures into contemporary chandeliers that complement the character of the church.
What kind of lighting was used?
For this project, a custom-designed chandelier from was chosen, in collaboration with Chroma Lighting, Light Bureau, Metalcraft for the metalwork, and Donite Plastics for the diffusers. The Vector 145 fixtures were specially painted and custom-made for this lighting installation. Thanks to Casambi Bluetoothcontrol, the downlights are downlights to operate and can be used flexibly in various situations within the church.
