What is healthy light?
By "healthy light," we mean lighting that is attuned to the human body's natural day-night rhythm. This rhythm regulates our sleep, alertness, hormone balance, and recovery, among other things. Unlike traditional lighting (which focuses primarily on visibility and energy efficiency), “healthy light” also takes into account the biological effects of light on our bodies. Healthy light is determined by several factors:
