The challenge
For a hotel project, the client was looking for a tiltable dual surface-mounted spotlight with Casambi control.
The solution
CBU-TED dimmers with Casambi work perfectly with Illuxtron’s high-voltage technology. A single module allows you to triac-dimmer multiple fixtures, saving you the cost of expensive Casambi low-voltage drivers for each fixture. This lets you control the lighting wirelessly and intelligently with Casambi, while still enjoying the dimming quality you’ve come to expect from high-voltage systems. All of this is housed in a sleek and sturdy fixture that perfectly meets the architect’s design requirements. The result? The Twin Strada: a stylish, adjustable spotlight with smart lighting control that contributes to a unique guest experience.

The challenge
For a project featuring a beautiful wooden Derako ceiling, the client was looking for a suitable adjustable spotlight.
The solution
For MIYO , working with a wooden slatted ceiling like this MIYO a new experience. At first, a round DS-A seemed like the logical choice, but a square cutout would be easier and faster to create. Plus, its shape complements the straight lines of the slatted ceiling better. That’s why our team chose the Linea AS track spot as the basis. The end result is a compact, square, adjustable spot that clips into the ceiling using wire springs. And it delivers the high lumen output you’ve come to expect from Illuxtron track spots.
