On April 21 and 22, open house events were held for Dutch and Belgian customers.
Illuxtron has developed a concept for 2022 that allows for in-home trade shows to be organized at a location of the customers’ choosing—namely, our mobile experience room, set up as “The Black Bar.” Customers who had already made reservations came to see exactly what the concept looked like.
Illuxtron took the opportunity to give all of its existing customers a tour of its new facility. Most customers had not yet seen the in-house experience room or learned about the company’s 50-year family history. We also explained how our new collection came to be, with a particular focus on our new Fido family. It was a pleasure for both customers and our own staff to get to know each other in person.
