Clients rate Illuxtron International with an 8 in the field of customer satisfaction!

Illuxtron International has grown rapidly over the last few years. Not only where it concerns sales, but also where it concerns the number of employees. To keep improving and to professionalise, we have started to take a closer look at our business strategy and we have set up several goals for ourselves. The primary goal was to define our strengths as well as our areas for improvement in order to satisfy the needs of our clients in every way possible. Part of the process has been a customer satisfaction survey.
In May and April of this year, we asked our clients to participate in our research. We are thankful that many of our of our clients took the time to fill in the questionnaire; an impressive response rate of no less than 40%. Illuxtron International achieved an 8 for overall customer satisfaction; a grade we are very proud of.
The questionnaire shows us that our clients are very satisfied with our order handling process; which they rated with an 8.6. In particular the fast production and delivery times greatly influenced this impressive rate. Clients were more critical about sales promotions. For that reason we started our European Championship promotion, which has been a big success. In the future we will organise similar sales promotions. Another area which could be improved upon turned out to be our online communication. Luckily we already took steps to professionalise this. We are now sending a digital newsletter, our corporate website is live and we share more information on social media. Also, via social media we give you a sneak peek behind the scenes of our company.
