    Our Manager Quality Support & Training is available to help you with technical support or questions regarding defects. Together with you, he will analyse the issue and find a suitable solution.
    We never throw away defective products. Instead, we ask our customers to send us the product concerned and we start to analyse and test thoroughly what the cause of a defect might be. In most cases, the problem lies in the electrical environment of the installed luminairs. One or several of our engineers will visit the project to find the problem. We can proudly say that thus far, we have always found a solution which satisfied our customer!
